Returns & Exchanges

At Province of Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
